About the Trip

Jibhi, Shangarh, and Sainj Valley form one of Himachal’s most magical offbeat circuits, a lush green escape where nature, silence, and old-world charm blend into an experience that feels untouched and unbelievably pure.

🌲 Jibhi – The Himalayan Hideout

Nestled deep in the forests of the Tirthan Valley, Jibhi is a dreamy village wrapped in cedar trees, wooden Kathkuni homes, trout-filled streams, and the kind of hush that modern life has forgotten.
It’s a paradise for slow travelers: morning coffees by the river, golden sunlight filtering through the pines, and short hikes to sacred temples, waterfalls, and the iconic Chehni Kothi.

Jibhi isn’t about rushing.
It’s about breathing deeper, living slower, and letting the mountains reset your soul.

🌾 Shangarh – Meadows Made in Heaven

Just an hour away lies the surreal beauty of Shangarh, a wide green meadow so stunning it feels unreal. Surrounded by dense forests, wooden villages, and snow-capped ridges, Shangarh looks like a scene from a fairytale of perfectly flat grasslands, grazing horses, whispering pine trees, and the ancient Shangchul Mahadev Temple guarding the landscape.

Unlike overcrowded Himalayan towns, Shangarh is peaceful, poetic, and untouched, a place where you sit in the middle of the meadows and feel the mountains breathe with you.

🏞️ Sainj Valley – The Offbeat Soul of the Himalayas

Beyond Shangarh lies the vast and breathtaking Sainj Valley, one of the most untouched regions of the Great Himalayan National Park (GHNP). With deep forests, hidden waterfalls, untouched villages, and crystal-clear rivers, Sainj is Himachal in its purest form.
