Himachal Major Cities – 9 Days of Himalayan Bliss
Day 1: Shimla
Drive through pine-scented valleys to Shimla, the “Queen of Hills.” Check in and stroll along Mall Road, The Ridge, and Christ Church for sunset views.
Day 2: Shimla & Kufri Excursion
Explore Jakhoo Temple and the Indian Institute of Advanced Study, then head to Kufri for panoramic views and fun in the snow. Return via Lakkar Bazaar for local crafts.
Day 3: Shimla → Kullu → Manali
A scenic drive to Manali via Pandoh Dam and Kullu Valley. Stop at Kullu Shawl Factory for local souvenirs. Arrive and relax amidst mountain serenity.
Day 4: Solang Valley & Atal Tunnel – Sissu Excursion
Head to Solang Valley for adventure sports, then cross the Atal Tunnel to reach Sissu, a hidden gem in Lahaul Valley. Return by evening.
Day 5: Explore Manali
Visit Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, and Vashisht Hot Springs. Later, unwind at Mall Road, Van Vihar, or a cozy café.
Day 6: Manali → Kasol & Manikaran
Drive to Kasol, a peaceful hamlet on the Parvati River, known for its bohemian vibe and cafés. Visit Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara and relax by the riverside.
Day 7: Kasol → Dharamshala
Travel to Dharamshala, home of the Dalai Lama. Soak in the Tibetan charm and explore McLeod Ganj or the local markets.
Day 8: Dharamshala → Dalhousie
Visit Bhagsu Falls, Dalai Lama Temple, and Naddi View Point, then continue to Dalhousie, a colonial hill town wrapped in pine forests.
Day 9: Dalhousie – Khajjiar Excursion
Day trip to Khajjiar, the “Mini Switzerland of India.” Enjoy meadows, Khajjiar Lake, and adventure activities. Return via Panchpula and Subhash Baoli
